Hi people have been asking well here are the codes for blogger comment:
<blogitemcommentsenabled><a href="<$BlogItemCommentCreate$>"<$BlogItemCommentFormOnClick$>>comment</a><$BlogItemCommentCount$> comment(s) </BlogItemCommentsEnabled>

you have to enable the comments settings : go to dashboard, edit settings, and click the comments tab. once it is enabled, choose "pop up window" for the comment form placement.

and oh yeah, put the codes below these: (find 'em in your codes)

if you have trouble finding the codes, copy and paste them to your notepad, then click ctrl+f n write the code or word to search where it is so it'll make it easier for you to find it.
