File hosting server down permanently

A few of provided skins that have direct code access from my file hosting service is permanently down (Those without previews). I currently don't have the codes or original files with me due to different laptop and I didn't back up my data on my cloud storage. My huge mistake. I will either code them again, find the file containing the codes, or it'll forever be unavailable. Sorry for any of the inconvenience. If somehow i manage to obtain the codes or i rewrote them, I'll post it back under the screenshot preview of the said skin(layout).

There is also one tutorial regarding the file hosting site, which now will be unusable.

Transition mouseover / hover effect

So for an example, try having your cursor on top of the text below and observe the fading effect it makes.

This is a link but it shows the effect when you hover over it

Some people gets the codes but mistaken it by putting them under ":hover" tag while you should be putting them under their original class/id without the ":hover" function. The effect will still work but not when you more the cursor elsewhere where there wont be any effects. So basically you will be looking at a nice transition of fading when you mouseover to that specific area and when you move the cursor elsewhere, POOF, instantly changes back to the original form w/o any effects.
The following code will work on most browsers ie MF, GC, Opera, Safari. Tell me if they dont
