So for an example, try having your cursor on top of the text below and observe the fading effect it makes. This is a link but it shows the effect when you hover over it Some people gets the codes but mistaken it by putting them under ":hover" tag while you should be putting them under their original class/id without the ":hover" function. The effect will still work but not when you more the cursor elsewhere where there wont be any effects. So basically you will be looking at a nice transition of fading when you mouseover to that specific area and when you move the cursor elsewhere, POOF, instantly changes back to the original form w/o any effects. The following code will work on most browsers ie MF, GC, Opera, Safari. For intermediate users only. Or else you wont be having any idea what I'm talking about no?
